Lungani Shinga CA (SA), RA
LT3 Chartered Accountants is led by Lungani Shinga, a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor with over 15 years of experience in audit, financial reporting and regulatory advisory. He previously served as an Audit Partner at a medium-sized audit firm, where he also held the roles of Provincial Leader for the Gauteng region and Training Officer for the SAICA training programme. During this time, he led complex audit engagements and advised clients across private equity, property and real estate, mining, automotive, financial services and non-profit sectors. Lungani combines extensive professional experience with a strong academic foundation. He lectured Auditing, Corporate Governance and Ethics to Chartered Accountancy students and has co-authored and peer-reviewed multiple accounting textbooks. His involvement in academia reflects both technical depth and a commitment to advancing professional standards.
